Kalas Bow is a simple scrap-yarn project. Fasten the bow on a brooch pin, hair pin, or similar. The gauge is not crucial and the size is easy adaptable.
Sizes One size. The finished bow is approx. 6 cm long.
Gauge Approx. 28 stitches x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm, worked in stockinette stitch on 3 mm needles.
Yarn Light fingering yarn (approx. 500m/100g) held together with lace yarn (approx. 900m/100g), approx. 20 meter of each.
The samples are worked with Knitting for Olive Pure Silk (250m/50g) held together with Soft Silk Mohair (225m/25g).
Suggested needles 3 mm – circular needles or two double pointed needles.
Notions Tapestry needle. Brooch pin back, hair clip or similar, to fasten the bow onto.
